The following set are my own hand drawn plans , that make the same minibike I made . I didn't include a top view because you can use the top view off the original plans just change the measurements . To print them out just copy and paste them to microsoft word and print them out . I used a hand powered bending jig which worked almost perfect and it didn't kink or deform the tube at all. The material is 3/4" tubing that can be bought at any metal supply shop and it was all mig welded together . Using a bike or scooter head tube for steering worked out well and looks fairly professional and now I can put chopper style handle bars on it .
